ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ATTORNEY?
Yes. I have practiced for over 20 years and conducted numerous jury and court trials and settled hundreds of cases
in mediation or arbitration. I have won plaintiff jury awards up to $2,800,000 and I have saved defendant clients from trial
claims in the millions of dollars.
DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATIONS?
Yes:
please contact me to set up a convenient time to discuss, in person or over the phone, questions you may have regarding your
situation. There is no fee for the consultation.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Given
my low overhead as a solo, I am able to provide services for a significantly lower fee than other law firms: my rate is generally
$200/hour.
As a sole practitioner I am able to provide efficient,
innovative, aggressive, and personal attention, while offering a rate that beats any other qualified firm.
